The press is always quick to point out their views of what a band sounds like and who they feel are artist’s influences. So why don’t you tell me how you describe your sound and what three artists have influenced you the most. Yes, so quick, oh dear. Our sound is pretty much cock rock, guess you could hear influences like "The (fill in here 1960-2006)". We think to describe a bands sound is much more on the listeners and the feelings they got when they hear your music, you know?
Whether it is from your live show or record, what do you hope folks walk away with after hearing you? To be honest, we never thought about that and we don't really care. Of course we hope that they loved it and had a good time seeing us at the concerts. Especially the girls.
What movie has inspired you more than any other? Nightrider, we love David Hasselhoff. We're not really inspired by any movie you know? It’s all about music.
Where do you see music in ten years and how do you play a role in that? Have you ever met a guy seriously into rock'n'roll who'd actually think about what's gonna be in ten years? Speaking for the band, still being creative, still putting out amazing records, still having fun with the whole thing.
If you could go back in history to whiteness any event, what would that event be and why? Beatles at Starclub/Hamburg - the beginning of rock'n'roll as we know it.
What one word sums up the band? Us. Alternatively: Badhabitz.
Since the World Cup is being held throughout Germany, we have to know, who is going to win? It's not like we're big on patriotism, but Germany has a decent team.
And the last, most important question: Why does Germany love David Hasselhoff? Well, since this is the most important question here, we're going to take extra time and space for its detailed answer. First of all, yes, Germany still loves David Hasselhoff. It's a love not easily described but who ever saw this young, talented, super hot man in his tight leather jeans jumping and dancing in neon lights chanting "I've been looking for freedom" on TV , was deeply impressed, it basically decided for generations to come, being openly gay was ok. David freed Germany. Now only the US has yet to follow. He's the Village People of Germany, get it?
